Harris county in Houston, TX
This is an excellent opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule,
and contribute to the upkeep of residential and commercial properties.
Services include but not limited to these services:
Initial Securing - Lock changes and rekeying
Lawn care and maintenance
Trash-outs and Debris Removals
Janitorial/Cleaning Services
Boarding up windows and doors
General repairs
Hazard claims
Roof replacement and repairs
Tree trimming or tree removal and maintenance
Winterizations
Pool Securing
Eviction and Cash for relocation coordination
Tenant Occupied Services
Equipment Needed:
Smartphone
Truck or Van
Trailer
Lawn Equipment
Air Compressor
Locks & Lockboxes
Hand tools and power tools
Have the required equipment to perform all requested work orders
Requirements:
Must have a valid ID & be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to use the PPW app to document work and photos (training will be
provided if needed) – we require updating and processing orders via mobile
application
Must have own tools equipment transportation
Must have access to email.
Must be able to complete orders by due date 24-72 hours
Must be a good communicator & be able to communicate all issues or delays.
Must have a working knowledge of property preservation guidelines and
foreclosure industry
