We are a residential property management company specializing in managing single family houses and small apartment communities.
We are looking for a secretary to work in our Maintenance Department to help coordinate tenant maintenance work orders and tenant move out make ready's.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not necessary if this person is a good fit.
This position will be involved working around all the other departments (Leasing, Property Management, Maintenance, Marketing).
We want this person to be good communicator and be very confident in themselves from the start.
Having good customer service with our clients is very important.
