We are seeking 2 Leasing Agents cum Assistant Managers to join our team for one of our properties
SERIOUS CANDIDATE ONLY. TO START ASAP
MUST be able to work on all Saturdays.
Duties as a leasing agent cum Assistant Manager:
- Lease up and OneSite experience a MUST
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units
- Assist with the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements and collecting security deposits
- Must be able to focus on Collections and delinquency for the property and file evictions
-To communicate and enforce the collection process for the property and keep the delinquency to 1%
- Must have experience in RealPage, Bluemoon and OneSite.
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants regarding rental policies, lease terms, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants
- Maintain accurate records of rental applications, leases, and tenant information in the company's database
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and manage work orders
- Upsell additional services or amenities to current and potential tenants
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist with facilities management tasks as needed, such as coordinating repairs or improvements
-Bilingual preferred
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
