We’re seeking a personable, organized Leasing Agent to join our apartment community. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Key Duties:
1) Show apartments and handle leasing inquiries
2) Process applications and lease agreements
3) Maintain accurate records and reports
4) Assist with marketing and outreach
5) Support resident relations and renewals
6) Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Qualifications:
- Experience working in an apartment complex
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Customer service experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with leasing software a plus
