Are you looking to make THE BEST commissions? Northwest Complex is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent with strong communication and marketing skills to be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations in our apartment community. We are looking for a leasing agent that is aggressive, persistent, and can CLOSE THE DEAL! We are offering a GREAT SALARY AND UNBEATABLE COMMISSIONS AND RENEWALS!

Responsibilities will include:
Leasing agents will be responsible for coordinating the leasing, renewals, and community's marketing
Professional Appearance
Walk Make Readys
Manage Work Orders
Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
Verify application and process paperwork quickly
Verbal and written communication skills
Record all telephone and in-person visits on traffic log
Maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects and ensure the highest level of customer service at all times

MUST BE BILINGUAL
Minimum 3 years previous experience in property leasing
Excellent follow up skills via email and phone
Onesite experience a plus
Microsoft Office, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace
