Compensation: $16–$20/hr DOE + commission

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
We’re a high-end BBQ grill retail store in Magnolia, TX, looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fun but professional environment.
Duties include:
Sales and customer service
Inventory management
Scheduling and coordinating in-house deliveries
Product ordering
General store support
Requirements:
Sales experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
Basic computer skills helpful
Friendly, team-oriented attitude
Reliable and self-motivated
