Alterations Sepecialists are responsible for completing fittings and alterations to high quality standards. They are responsible for exemplifying friendly, knowledgeable and technical expertise while providing superior customer service.
Alterations Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing a five star customer service experience. They are responsible for welcoming and servicing customers, making appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.
