Wholesale Distributor located in Garden Oaks / Oak Forest area is seeking a qualified and organized person with warehouse management experience.
Position is FULL TIME, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Key duties of this position will include:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (team of 5+), including receiving, storing, and shipping fittings and other industrial products
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Processing of job order paperwork (making UPS labels, scheduling shipments, etc)
Manage and train warehouse staff
Qualified candidates must have:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in a wholesale or industrial setting
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer savvy
Self motivated
