FULLY RIGHT ON BEAUTY LLC is hiring a full-time Quality Control & Warehouse Assistant in Houston, TX. This is a W-2 position with opportunities for promotion and career growth.
Responsibilities:
Inspect products for quality and compliance with company standards
Report defects to management promptly
Assist with labeling, packaging, and store organization
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order
Move and handle packages up to 50 lbs
Support sales and operations team as needed
Requirements:
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (W-2 employee)
Physically healthy, able to lift at least 50 lbs
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
No prior experience required (training provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
Probation (3 months): $10/hour
After probation: $12/hour
Outstanding performers may be converted to regular status earlier than 3 months
Paid semi-monthly (15th & last day of the month), W-2 classification
11 days paid annual leave per year (after probation)
Paid federal holidays off

Overtime available if required
