A successful real estate investment company is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter
with sales experience. (Real Estate License is NOT required)
Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales, Collection, or Telemarketing,
We generate all our calls through digital campaigns and nationally run TV and Radio ads. Our sales agents will explain our We Buy Houses or Land program, explain the benefits of the program, and close the deal. We are NOT making unsolicited calls.
Position Summary :
The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the following :
Seller Lead qualification (Pre Offer)
Seller Lead Follow-Up (Post Offer)
Seller Lead Closing (Deal)
This includes communication with sellers and managing relationships, following up, and ensuring a smooth and efficient close.
This position is responsible for driving the revenue of the company and demands a high level of accountability and commitment.
Skills/Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales, collection, or telemarketing experience.
Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
Self-motivated and driven by personal success
Basic understanding of a consultative sale
Ability to work in a scripted environment
Ability to multi-task
Positive, professional attitude and desire to help people
In case you are not familiar with the “We Buy Houses” program do not worry we can train you as long as you are a fast learner, extremely motivated, and willing to work hard to achieve your goals.
Real Estate License is NOT required
Compensation: (Base Salary plus Commission ) Based on Experience (up to $40 an Hour)
