What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with homeowners and property managers
Perform roof inspections and educate clients on their options
Present detailed proposals and negotiate confidently
Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process
Serve as the main point of contact through the project
Collaborate with production and internal teams to deliver results
Who You Are:
Motivated and goal-driven — no roofing experience required
Great with people and confident in sales conversations
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Able to thrive in a performance-based environment

Compensation & Schedule:
1099 Contractor
Commission-based pay — top reps earn $250K+
Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
Year-round work — storm season & year round
