Auto Sales Representative – 1+ Year Experience (Automotive Only)
We are currently seeking a motivated Auto Sales Representative with at least 1 year of direct experience in auto sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
Provide product knowledge and guide clients through the sales process
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
Maintain contact with existing and potential customers
Meet or exceed sales targets
Create and manage vehicle ads across multiple online platforms (e.g. Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader, etc.) to generate leads and promote inventory
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of auto sales experience (automotive industry only)
Experience posting and managing online ads for vehicle sales
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and goal-oriented
