We are a busy professional Automotive repair and tire shop in the Medical Center area of Houston currently looking to fulfill a Automotive Service Advisor Assistant/Jr. Sales.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years Sales and Customer Service experience in any field.
Major Responsibilities:
Promotes sales of tires, repairs and maintenance
Preparing customer repair estimates, making repairs and reminding customers of necessary preventive and scheduled maintenance
Be competent team member which is performance driven and delivers outstanding customer service.
Reconcile sales with cash register receipts, cash and charge slips.
Prepare daily operating reports for Store Manager.
Leads and participates, as needed, in customer service functions such as safety procedures, inventory control and employee paperwork.
Is responsible and a driving force in maintaining a neat, clean and attractive store appearance, as well as performing necessary maintenance
Answer the phone in a “business friendly” manner, call/text customers when vehicles are ready to be picked up
Deliver vehicles by cashing out the customers by various methods of payments
Data Entry and match invoices to repair orders. Filing paperwork, organizing and keep the showroom nice and tidy
Follow up on email and other web inquiries. Set-up appointments
Write-up part returns daily
Skills Required:
Reading, writing and communication skills in English is a must
Flexibility in covering other office functions as needed or directed by the owner
Computer Skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred. Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
Ability to lift 25 to 50Lbs
Hours:
Required to work 8 hours per day
Shop closed on Sundays
40 hour work week
Working on Saturday are mandatory

Business hours are 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 4:00pm Saturday / Closed Sunday
