HIRING a B2B Sales Person for I.T. Security Technology company in the North Houston, TX area near Bush Intercontinental Airport.

We are looking for an intelligent, reliable, self-motivated, & proactive B2B sales peerson within the North Houston, Spring, Humble, Conroe, Kingwood, & The Woodlands areas to join our A+ sales team and are NOT afraid to conduct sales via phone.
Working Location & Hours: In-office, M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm CST.
YOUR GOAL: To meet or beat your assigned sales/calling quotas by focusing every day, via the phone, on developing and cultivating profitable repeatable business relationships with our B2B customers. You will also be expected to proactively prospect for new B2B business, seek to reactivate former customers, follow up on leads, and participate in various sales projects that may be assigned you.

> Take the lead in improving themselves regarding their sales skills,
> Participate & pass in all required vendor sales training & certification programs,
> Show up on time for work & work the full time scheduled,
> Pay attention to details regarding quotes and order processing,
> Have a WORKING knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
> Be interested in building long term profitable business relationships with their customers,
> Regularly introduce customers to solutions outside of the ones they already purchase & keep them notified of any changes to & promotions for the brands they do purchase,
> Work all leads provided them in a quick and effective manner,
> Follow all company policies & procedures while being flexible enough to accept & follow any changes management feels are necessary for the smooth operation of the company and to help provide a better customer experience.
> Willing to help with any projects or tasks management requests to be done, and
> Develop positive colleague relationships while also keeping focus on the job they are hired to do.
