Job Summary: As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by providing expert advice on insurance products and services. You will build strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. This role involves both inside and outside sales activities, so a proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and ongoing communication.

Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals.

Present and explain insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and business insurance.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Follow up with potential clients and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.

Process policy renewals, updates, and claims as needed, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Attend training sessions and industry events to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a specified time frame).

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
