Bilingual Auto Sales Representative – $2,800 base + $150–$200 per car Plus bonus (Houston – 77041)
We are a small but growing Buy-Here-Pay-Here dealership near 529 & Eldridge (Houston, TX 77041) looking for a BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Auto Sales Representative who wants to grow with us.
We serve both English and Spanish-speaking customers, so being bilingual is absolutely required.
This is a hands-on, sales-focused position for someone dependable, organized, and motivated to sell and help keep the operation running smoothly.
COMPENSATION
$500 per week base pay ($2,000/month guaranteed)
$800 monthly bonus, paid in two $400 checks — based on reliability, teamwork, and contribution to overall operations
That’s a total of $2,800/month guaranteed base pay, before commissions
$150–$200 per car sold, depending on profit and performance
Additional sales bonuses for reaching monthly goals
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell and follow up with customers in English and Spanish
Upload vehicles to the website immediately once they’re ready for sale, with accurate details and quality photos
Keep the website updated daily so all inventory is current
Maintain a clean and organized car line (cars aligned, flags and windshield stickers in place)
Drive vehicles to pass inspections when needed
Add fuel when required and assist with small day-to-day tasks
Maintain a professional, positive attitude on-site and online
