Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in connecting customers with the perfect pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in car sales, with fluency in Spanish (required). This individual will be responsible for driving sales of our inventory through effective communication, relationship-building, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive preferences and needs
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each vehicle
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our current inventory
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate the sales process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Fluent in English & Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
Schedule:
-We are open M-F 9am-7pm; Saturdays 10am-5pm; Sundays closed.
-In the Winter our M-F hours swap to 10am-7pm.
-Saturdays are mandatory unless requested off in advance
-Days off would be Sundays & one weekday.
-We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. Half days on Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve
Pay: Base salary negotiable with experience. Commission will be discussed further into the application process. If meeting sales goals, a sales representative can make between $60-85k annually.
