Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Internet Sales Manager, you will play a key role in connecting customers with the perfect pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs and manage the team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive preferences and needs
- Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each vehicle
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our current inventory
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate the sales process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Fluent in English & Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Knowledge of automotive financing options is a plus
Schedule:
-We are open Monday to Saturday 9am-7pm; Sundays closed.
- Saturdays are mandatory unless requested off in advance
Pay: Competitive based on experience. Commission will be discussed further into the application process.
