Responsibilities

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

Contact potential clients through in person cold calls and emails.

Present our company to potential clients.

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.

Report to the Owner of BBS., (daily) sales results.

Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.

Direct experience with multiple sales techniques (including in person cold calls).

Record of achieving sales quotas. Must have readily available at interview in person.

Experience with CRM software.

Familiarity with Windows 11 software.

Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

This is a Salaried position, Payrate is $42,000.00 per year plus Commission.

Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in the Staffing Industry or 5 years in Sales.

Must be willing to travel and make in person cold calls. Metrics are provided.

Must be a U. S. Citizen.
