What You'll Do
Welcome customers and help them find the right used vehicle for their needs and budget
Build trust with customers by being upfront, honest, and knowledgeable
Explain financing, warranties, and vehicle features clearly
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers
Keep up with inventory, pricing, and the local market
Work toward monthly sales goals in a supportive, team-focused environment
What We're Looking For
Sales experience (automotive or other retail sales preferred but not required)
Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Basic computer skills (for inventory, CRM, and follow-ups)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to work weekends and some evenings
