Cold Call Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Call Sales Representative to join our sales team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls, identifying key decision-makers, scheduling appointments, and generating RFQ opportunities. Additionally, this role will involve maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting with various other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Outbound Cold Calls: Utilize the provided lead database to initiate outbound calls to potential clients with the aim of generating sales opportunities for Allied Powder Coating's products and services.

Identify Key Decision-Makers: Determine and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations to effectively present Allied Powder Coating's offerings.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule sales meetings with qualified prospects for the Director of Sales.

Generate RFQ Opportunities: Actively seek out and generate Requests for Quotation (RFQ) opportunities from potential clients.

Lead Turnover: Effectively transition qualified leads to the sales team, providing comprehensive information and insights to facilitate seamless follow-up.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.

Other Responsibilities:

Front Desk Coverage: Provide occasional coverage for front desk duties as needed, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and callers.

Status Update Calls: Assist in conducting status update calls in the retail department, providing support and coordination to ensure smooth operations.

Social Media Posting: Contribute to social media posting and follow-up activities, engaging with our audience and promoting brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications:

Experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Ability to effectively navigate CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
