Requirements:
Meet with customers.
Create take-offs.
Create submittals.
Estimate materials and labor costs.
Review GC subcontracts.
Prepare work orders and diagrams directing the installers on each specific project.
Must have experience with commercial general construction.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in fence / construction estimating.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Clean background check.
Skills:
Bilingual is a plus +
Experience with Virtual Plan Rooms, and On-Screen Take-Off.

Thoroughly review bid invites, details, drawings, layouts, etc., and ask follow up questions on every bid.
