Commercial Real Estate Business Development Rep

We're a well-capitalized private investment group seeking to grow our acquisitions team with a strategic individual to assist us in contacting commercial property owners through cold calling. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to a list of property owners provided to you, connecting them with your superior. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as persistence and desire.

We welcome individuals who are motivated, committed to learning more about the commercial real estate business, and possess the skills necessary to excel in a role with long-term potential.

On-going training will be provided and advancement within the firm will be available for the appropriate candidates.

This is a commission-based position with healthy deal fee participation awarded to successful individuals.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to property owners that are provided

- Engage property owners in conversation to gather information and set up appointments

- Record and update call results in the database

Requirements:

- Experience in sales or cold calling

- Excellent English and communication and skills

- Ability to follow a script and handle objections professionally

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information

- Applicants must have a clean criminal record with no history of incarceration.
