Position Overview

We're hiring a customer-focused individual for our Landscape Material Yard's Customer Service & Skid Steer Operator role. Key responsibilities include processing orders, guiding customers, and operating a skid steer loader for material loading. The role requires physical strength for heavy lifting, particularly during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience, addressing needs with empathy and expertise.

Operational Excellence: Safely operate a skid steer loader to accurately and efficiently load materials while adhering to the highest safety and customer service standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor and communicate low stock levels to ensure continuous product availability and aid in swift inventory replenishment decisions.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with team members to maintain operational efficiency, especially during high-demand periods, contributing to an environment that fosters peak customer service.

Feedback & Improvement: Collect and relay customer feedback to the Yard Manager, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and complaint resolution.

Safety & Compliance: Uphold stringent compliance with all company policies and legal requirements, maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
