We are looking for a motivated individual to join United Roofing as a Door-To-Door Scheduler. Must have 1 or 2 years previous experience!. Please do not apply if you don't have any experience.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers and scheduling appointments for our roofing experts. Your ability to speak will be key in connecting with diverse homeowners. If you have strong communication skills, are goal-oriented, and thrive in a customer-facing role, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Engage homeowners in face-to-face conversations
Schedule roofing service appointments
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
Represent United Roofing with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications:
Must speak English - Bilingual is a plus! (Spanish).
Friendly, persuasive communication style
Goal-driven with a positive attitude
Willing to be trained about roofing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in door to door sales
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to connect with others
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
Pay: From $17.00 - $20.00 per hour + commissions. (We can discuss payment depending on experience)
Customer service: 1-2 years experience (Preferred)
1099 contract. Monday to Friday. Expected hours: No less than 20 per week.
