We are looking for driven and motivated salespeople to join our chat sales team. In this role, you will represent our clients through paid platforms, engaging with subscribers to make sales and upsell digital content. We are looking for highly skilled sales people with proven experience in creating consistent sales. This is a great opportunity for highly motivated individuals who are looking to work from home and make a generous income through commission.
Responsibilities:
- Chat with subscribers to help our clients' accounts grow by creating long-lasting relationships and selling content
- Use our proven sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals, with a strong focus on upselling content.
- Represent our content creators by chatting in their name and maintaining a consistent brand persona
- Collaborate with chat team to ensure consistent customer experiences and effective shift transitions
- 5-15 hrs/week in short, highly focused shifts
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Based in the U.S. with a reliable internet connection for remote work
- Proven experience in a sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to hold engaging conversations and build relationships with customers
- Comfortable with sensitive content and language
Compensation:
- Compensation structure is primarily commission-based, rewarding high sales performance.
- Starting pay is a $6 base hourly rate + 4% commission with the opportunity for higher commission rates and specialization based on performance
- Quarterly bonuses based on team performance
