We are looking for Experienced Door-to-Door Sales Personnel who are confident, personable, self-driven and eager to help grow and take advantage of the opportunity to grow in our company. As a Direct Sales Professional your pay will be commission based: You can make 10% from each sale you close! You control how much you make.

DUTIES
Obtain Sales by conducting door to door sales and or any other means
- Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine repair or replacement needs
- Determine if homeowner has current wind/hail coverage
- Educate clients about the insurance claim process and assist in filing a wind/hail claim
- Collaborate with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Get Roofing contingency signed and obtain the Claim number to turned into our claims team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques related to roofing
```Qualifications```
- Strong understanding of homeowners insurance claim process is required
- Previous experience in roofing sales is required
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Technical sales experience is desirable for effectively communicating complex roofing concepts to clients
- Familiarity with market trends and competition in the roofing industry
