Duties:
Promote our products or services and answer any questions potential customers may have
Collect customer information and provide it to the sales team
Meet daily and weekly quotas for customer engagement and lead generation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and their benefits
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market expansion. Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Experience in door-to-door sales or outside sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and overcome objections
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
