Position: Bilingual Sales Representative
Location: Houston, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with vehicle selection and financing options
Clearly and accurately explain Buy Here Pay Here programs
Build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse customer base
Promote dealership inventory and specials through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging content and respond to customer inquiries online
Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads promptly
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Active social media presence and ability to create engaging content
Car sales, or marketing experience
Friendly, reliable, and motivated to succeed
