Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with experience in the flooring industry to join our team. This is an in-person role based in our Houston office, requiring strong communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in English and Spanish and have a strong understanding of flooring products and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection and answering inquiries about our flooring solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Process customer orders, track deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with the outside sales team to meet sales targets and ensure seamless coordination.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer concerns and follow up on issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom to showcase our flooring products.
Qualifications:
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (required).
Experience working in the flooring industry (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
