Your job is to Locate, Call until you contact the prospective claimant, and Inform the Claimant that they have an open claim, because their "Lost" Child Support Check needs to be claimed as a Refund back to them.
After you contact and speak with them the first time, you will then get their email address, then get an appointment set from the back office to send over the Contracts, Agreements, and Limited Power of Attorney forms for them to sign and submit back into the office, with urgency.
Simple.
Your commission upon the back office filing the claim and disbursement to all parties is 1%
EXAMPLE:
The claimant is owed a $150,000.00 child support refund check, YOUR 1% commission is $1,500.00 on 1 case file.
You are allowed as many case files, that you can close.
Smaller case files can pay up to 2% commission (cases under $50,000.00).
