Hailshield Roofing is looking for a few good salespeople that have insurance repair experience or in-home sales experience that would like to learn about the multi billion dollar a year property insurance repair industry.
Multiple storms have devastated the Houston multiplex and many surrounding areas such as Cypress, JV, Katy, Sugarland, Tomball, Spring, Conroe, Willis, Kingwood, Spring and many other areas all over south Texas.
If you are a people person, enjoy helping people and making a lot of money doing so, you will do well in this industry.
Roofing and property damage repair sales is more about educating property owners on the insurance claim process. How to file a claim, meeting with adjusters and working together with the property owners and their insurance companies to facilitate getting their repairs completed.
Our average roof replacement claims range from $20k to $40k with 45% to 50% profit margins and some even higher.
We pay 40% commission on in-house leads and 50% commission on self generated leads. With zero office or overhead fees.
Average commission per project range from $3,000 to $8,000 plus, depending on size of project.
If you are in this industry and know what your value is, you should be getting paid top dollar for your efforts. If you’re going to get up in the morning and put your efforts towards anything, you should at least get the most compensation for your efforts.
