Position Overview: As an Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. Your primary responsibility will be to contact property owners and persuade them to sell their properties to us. No prior real estate experience or license is required! We believe that with the right attitude and skills, anyone can excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to property owners through various channels.
Use your negotiation skills to convince property owners to sell us their property
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with property owners.
Understand and address the needs and concerns of property owners with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth acquisition process.
Qualifications:
No real estate experience required—just a passion for sales and negotiation!
Sales experience REQUIRED.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic approach to understanding and addressing property owners' concerns.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed. Spanish speaker preferred as many of our clients are Spanish speakers
Compensation: Base pay plus commission ($2,400-$6,400+ a month)
Competitive base pay.
