Role Description
An insurance agent in training can take on this full-time or part-time remote role. The role will also involve selling insurance policies, maintaining client relationships, processing policy renewals, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Must be coachable and strive to learn
Customer-oriented mindset
Practice the "under promise and over deliver" concept
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not necessary
Willingness to become licensed in your state if not already licensed
