- Work hours:9:30-6pm, no late hours or Sundays

Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, mobile home industry or car sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build strong relationships
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Know how to use social media for advertisement of the mobile homes
Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in our mobile home inventory and features
- Guide customers through the sales process, providing exceptional service and support
- Conduct sales presentations and tours of mobile homes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales manager to exceed sales targets
