Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a National Business Development Manager with a Roofing company. The ideal candidate would be in the Houston area.
Pay-rate: $100,000-$115,000 annually + 3% commission GP
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the roofing and manufacturing industries.
Leverage existing relationships to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer service.
Stay up to date on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of business development success.
Experience in roofing, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
Strong existing network and a book of business to leverage for immediate impact.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, develop sales strategies, and drive results.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and develop partnerships.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
