We are hiring an experienced Office and Industrial (O&I) sales professional to rebuild our O&I book. We have the documents, infrastructure, and move execution experience in place, but we have not had a dedicated O&I salesperson for the last couple of years and do not have current accounts. You must be strong at new business development, comfortable working a CRM, and highly driven to create and grow a pipeline.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a plan to generate new COD and account business
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with the intent to close the sale
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Increase profitability of the sale by selling products and upgrade services
Urgency and consistency with all leads and estimates with customers
Provide customers with excellent customer care
Ability to provide accurate relocation and storage estimates
Enter all customer notes into CRM process
Regular and accurate communication with Inside Sales, Outside Sales partners, Operations and Administration
Maintain knowledge of tariffs and moving standards of practice
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Follow company policies and procedures, operating hours and disciplines
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
4+ years of successful Office & Industrial sales
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software
Consultative/Solution based selling and closing skills
Phone presence that is persuasive and influential
High level of Customer Service
Active listening skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
