Company Overview: We are a California-based service solutions provider specializing in credit reporting for car dealerships worldwide. We are expanding into the Houston region and looking for enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team.
Position Overview: The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with dealerships in person and enrolling them in our platform. We are seeking candidates who can effectively service Houston and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote products while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive image with customers and prospects.
Develop and recommend effective sales strategies within your territory.
Gather and report competitive market information.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and management.
Utilize phone outreach for sales prospecting.
Prepare quotes and process orders efficiently.
Customer Relations:
Uphold high standards of personal and business ethics.
Foster productive relationships within the team and across branches.
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with training knowledge provided
Proficient in basic computer and email skills.
A strong sales aptitude is essential.
Analytical Skills:
Analyze customer needs and forecast requirements.
Identify new customer opportunities using prospect lists.
Management Skills:
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Provide timely quotes to meet customer and company needs.
Implement pales strategies, as well as problem-solving techniques.
Present insights and opportunities to management clearly for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
1 year of B2B sales experience is preferred.( Other sales experience will be considered)
Proficient in computer applications and technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities are essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience.

Education:
High School Diploma required; College degree preferred but not mandatory.
