ONE hard-working, people loving, outgoing and honest business dev associate to help generate leads for my commercial loan brokering business.
This position is for:
Someone who already has a reliable income from a W2 or their own business. If you are looking to this opportunity as your primary source of income, please do not apply. This is for someone that is seeking an ancillary income stream that can be quite lucrative but also very unpredictable.
Someone who knows or works with many small business owners OR isn’t shy to go and drop in and meet small businesses in their area.
Someone who wants to learn about commercial finance solutions.
Your Job:
Qualify leads (with a simple 5- minute conversation) and make lead referrals to me . I’ll take care of the rest (full qualification, loan and lender selection, working with client and lender to secure approval, all the way to closing)
Your incentive:
You will split all commissions I earn from the lender upon a successful closing.
You will receive 25% of my commission!
All you need to do is bring me a seemingly qualified business and I will do all the work.
For an average funding of $40k, my commission would likely be about $3k to $4k. So in this scenario your referral commission would be roughly $1k!
This is just one loan.
Based on certain volume targets met, I will also increase the commission split beyond 25% over time.
I have 20 years of experience in the financial services space, am honest, and am great at mentoring and teaching!
