Benefits Redesigned helps small employers with benefit administration for group health plans. We have more leads than we can handle internally with existing staff. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, work from home, base pay and bonuses per appointment set and business closed. Ideal candidate would have experience in telephone sales, with the goal of the candidate to book appointments from marketing leads.
Candidate would need to access database and use scripts provided to connect with business owners or human resources professionals in or near Houston, TX. Candidate must provide their own computer with Windows 10 or 11 and internet service. This is a work-from-home with office hours between 9 am to 4 pm weekdays, flexible schedule inside those calling hours starting at about 15-20 hours per week.
Candidate should be able to maintain detailed contact information in database, create rapport with prospects, and set meetings that result in closed business.
Long-term, full-time opportunity exists for a candidate interested in obtaining an insurance license in health and life.
Top preferences given to bilingual (Hispanic and English speaking) candidates.

Position pay rate based on hours worked per week and qualifications. Ideal candidate will work 15 hours a week and set at least three appointments per month. Pay starting at $20 an hour. Bonuses for appointments kept. Earn residual commissions on closed business.
