Sales and Business Development

Sales Position: You will be responsible for assisting the business development team in managing existing clients, along with gaining new ones for a Machine Shop and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Initiate calls to existing and potential clients.

Generate new leads for the Business Development team.

Update and maintain contact databases.

Go to meeting and functions with clientele, as necessary.

Assisting with writing proposals and RFQ's.

Answer incoming sales calls

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.

Marketing and/or customer service experience.

Outgoing, pleasant personality.

Professional phone etiquette.

Self-starter with initiative and works well with minimal supervision.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Industry knowledge is a plus but not required.

Pay Rate: Comission or Salary, Hourly base rate 20 per hour starting to be discussed

Supplemental pay: Bonus pay on new clients and sales figures
