Job Summary: Local based and family-owned company is seeking an entry level Full-Time sales rep Monday through Saturday, with occasional Sundays. Company is willing to train.
Job Description:
Answer incoming phone calls.
Answer emails and any text received.
Greet and assist customers with any questions.
Take orders/quotes from customers.
Create refunds and returns for customers.
Process orders in the system and post payments accurately.
Call vendors in search of prices & availability of products.
Keep customers updated with their orders.
Open and close out their register at the end of every day.
Restock and price incoming inventory.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties, such as store cleaning.
Comply with handbook policies.
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
Minimum Job Requirements
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Basic computer skills
