In this role, you'll play a key part in driving sales, building lasting relationships with clients, and showcasing our unique rug collection. Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a warm, professional introduction.
Showcase our extensive collection of rugs and offer detailed product information.
Assist clients in selecting rugs that best fit their needs and preferences.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our rug collection.
Identify and engage with potential clients to drive new business.
Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance goals.
Provide exceptional service and expert advice on our products.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, preferably in home decor or luxury goods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
