About Us:
Quality Design provides professional landscaping and lawn maintenance services throughout the Houston & surrounding areas. We specialize in both residential and commercial properties, offering top-tier design, maintenance, and seasonal service programs. We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can help us continue building lasting relationships with clients who care about their property’s appearance.
What You’ll Do:
Visit prospective customers (both residential & commercial) to introduce our landscaping and maintenance services.
Develop and manage your own local route of prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property managers.
Prepare simple quotes based on square footage and service needs.
Take notes on each visit and follow up with leads regularly.
Coordinate with our operations team to schedule new clients smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, confident communicator — comfortable talking to homeowners and business owners.
Self-motivated and organized — you’ll manage your own daily route.
Sales experience preferred (especially field or B2B), but not required — we train the right attitude.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Basic familiarity with landscaping, lawn care, or property services is a plus.
