Description and duties:
Sales/ Business Development representative for growing Construction Company.
MUST be able to easily communicate in both Spanish and English.
Experience is not absolutely necessary but must be a quick learner, "multitasker" and independent.
Preferably familiar with Excel, Word, Construct connect, plan hub, building connected, etc.
Candidate will generate new business opportunities, calling and visiting existing and new potential clients, attending client meetings, creating new leads, selling construction and design services, etc.
Needs to be a flexible person willing to randomly and sporadically work on duties outside the office such as client visits, meetings and occasional site visits.
Commission based position to start. Salary and benefits offered after a 4-month performance evaluation.
Core hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Schedule Flexibility preferred.
