Your role:
Source and refer qualified leads for small business loans.
Follow up with leads for simple due diligence needed from lender such as bank statements and a completed application.
Build relationships with local small business owners.
Training provided.
My role:
I will handle the underwriting, lender selection and close it. I will provide coaching as well.
Compensation Structure:
50% commission split.
To give you an idea of earning potential: A $50,000 loan could generate $4,000–$5,000 in total commission for Biz Wise Funding.
You’d earn $2,000–$2,500.

It is best suited to someone that calls on and works with small business owners regularly already.
