About Us

Morning Bloom Personal Care is a locally owned in-home care agency serving seniors and families across the NW Houston Metro area (Katy, Cypress, Tomball, Spring and surrounding). We believe in treating every client like they’re our own mom or dad, with warmth, respect, and family-level care.

We’re looking for a driven, local sales professional who knows the senior care and healthcare landscape, can build strong referral relationships, and can effectively work leads from start to signed client. This is a hybrid inside sales role. You’ll work primarily from home or our office, with some in-person visits for meetings, networking, or client assessments.

What You’ll Do

-Follow up on incoming leads from referral partners, lead platforms, and community contacts.

-Build and maintain relationships with referral sources — hospitals, rehabs, ALFs, senior centers, community organizations — using the outreach methods you know work best (email, phone, virtual meetings, in-person visits when appropriate).

-Join in-home assessments alongside our Care Specialist to present our services and answer client/family questions.

-Manage your pipeline and activities in our CRM, keeping records accurate and up to date.

-Meet or exceed monthly client acquisition goals.

What We’re Looking For

-Local to the Houston/Cypress/Katy area — must be able to attend occasional in-person meetings, assessments, and networking events.

-Experience in home care, home health, hospice, or senior living sales/marketing.

-Comfortable with both phone/email-based outreach and in-person visits.

-Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

-Confident working in a performance-based pay structure.

Pay & Structure

-Base pay: $18–$20/hr, part-time (20 hours/week) to start.

-Commission: Commission on each new client start, with realistic potential to double your base pay when meeting goals.

-Mileage reimbursement for any in-person travel.

-Flexible hybrid schedule — work from home or our office as needed.

-Potential to grow into full-time with higher base once sales consistently cover costs.

-Independently manage inbound leads from first contact to booked assessment.

-Start nurturing your own referral relationships.

-Join assessments to help present our services and answer family questions.

Month 3 – Own Your Results

-Take the lead on straightforward assessments.

-Maintain and grow your referral network.

-Consistently bring in enough new client starts to meet or exceed performance goals.
