Job Description:
Looking for a Solar Sales Manager to lead in Houston! Shape our market presence, drive sales, and grow with us. Join a company that supports its leaders with marketing and leads.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of solar sales representatives
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue
Provide guidance and training to team members for optimal performance
Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and schedule appointments
Prior door-to-door (D2D) experience is a must
You'll be driving to service in-home appointments while also canvassing nearby neighborhoods.

Requirements:
-Preferably, previous experience in sales management
