As an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate financial records. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients.

Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software.

Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping.

Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports for management.

Assist with payroll processing and employee record management.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits.

Support the team with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Bookkeeper, or similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Trustworthy with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Knowledge of real estate or lending industry is a plus but not required.
