Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a strong commitment to clean beauty and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. As an Esthetician at Paloma, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of skincare treatments and services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a range of skincare treatments, including facials, full body waxing, lash lift + tint, brow lamination + tint.
Use of advanced modalities such as microcurrent, dermaflash, nano channel, LED light therapy.
Provide expert advice on skincare routines and clean beauty products.
Knowledge and full understanding of retail products for clients' customized home routine.
Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare plans.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in clean beauty.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.
Assist in the promotion and sale of salon services and clean beauty products.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to retail 50% of service sales
Proven ability to upgrade services by 30% minimum of original ticket price
Valid Texas Esthetician license.
Proven 3+ years experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
